The realisation that there was more than one type of palm was the catalyst that started Stan and Jane Walkley on an odyssey that has spanned 25 years and continues today.....

Ably supported by a Sales Manager and a team of experienced Groundstaff, Stan and Jane travel extensively in the USA and Asia to study the latest growth and transplant techniques. As well as attending conferences and seminars on palms and cycads throughout the world, Stan has been an active member of organisations such as the International Palm Society, The Palm and Cycad Society of Australia and The South African Cycad Society.

Stan continually builds on his extensive knowledge base by making regular overseas trips to such places as Africa, Madagascar, China, Thailand etc to study plant habitats and investigate promising new species which may be suitable for commercial application.
